Ceremony Start: 6:30 PM sharp

Graduate Arrival: 5:30 PM - Graduates are to arrive at the venue wearing their caps and gowns.
As the arrival window coincides with heavy commuter traffic, we strongly urge all families and graduates to monitor live traffic updates. Please plan for significant travel delays to ensure you are at the venue on time.
Student Arrival & Marshalling
Graduates must arrive at the venue by 5:30 PM wearing their cap and gown.

Entry: Please enter through GATE 3.

Registration: Proceed immediately to the Registration Table to receive your numbered marshalling card and join the procession line.
Guest Information & Seating
Tickets are not required for family members and friends to attend and celebrate our graduates!

Arrival: GATE 1 will open at 5:00 PM for guest entry.

Accessibility: Guests who have pre-arranged accessible seating will be directed to their designated areas upon arrival.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available on both the North and South sides of the CAA Centre. Please allow extra travel time to ensure you are seated before the 6:30 PM start.
Amenities & Services

Photography: Professional photos will be captured by Pegasus School Images as each graduate crosses the stage. These complimentary prints will be available for pickup at the South Student Services Office in July during diploma distribution.

Food & Beverage: An assortment of snacks and hot/cold beverages will be available for purchase at the concession stand (Aisle 16 – Centre Ice).

Flowers: While flowers will not be sold at the venue, families are welcome to bring their own. Please note that graduates may not wear or carry flowers during the procession or ceremony; these can be presented to your graduate after the event concludes.

Students earning credits through institutions outside the Halton District School Board must complete the External Credit Declaration Form and submit it to their school’s Guidance Office when registering with the external provider.
Diploma Requirements
For Students Entering Grade 9 in September 2023 or Earlier
To earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), students must complete:
- 18 compulsory credits
- 12 optional credits
- 40 hours of community involvement
- The Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) in Grade 10 or the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course
- 2 eLearning credits (opt-out form available)
This program is designed to be completed in four years following Grade 8.
For Students Entering Grade 9 in September 2024 or Later
To earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), students must complete:
- 17 compulsory credits
- 13 optional credits
- 40 hours of community involvement
- The Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) in Grade 10 or the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course
- 2 eLearning credits (opt-out form available)
This program is also designed to be completed in four years following Grade 8.

To record volunteer hours, students should request a letter from the organization confirming:
- Type of volunteer work
- Total hours completed
- Contact name
