PROM
The countdown is on for Senior Prom 2026! Join us for an unforgettable evening on Thursday, May 14th filled with music, dancing, photos, and memories with your friends.

VALEDICTORIAN NOMINATIONS
This is an important message for all grade 12 graduating students. The Google Form to nominate a student to be your Class Valedictorian is now available. If you would like to put forward a nominee, please take a moment to complete the form.  You can find the link for voting posted in your Grade 12 Google Classroom.

Please note that nominations will close this Friday (March 27th), so be sure to submit your response before then. Your voice matters in choosing this year’s valedictorian!

WOMEN CAREER COACHES
Any interested women-identifying individuals or gender non-conforming secondary student are invited to  attend a super fun and motivating Conference on April 9. Come see Ms. Thatcher in the Learning Commons to register. The registration cutoff date is coming soon, so make sure to sign up ASAP!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
The Optimist Club of Halton Hills is seeking high school student volunteers for their annual Easter Egg Hunt at Prospect Park in Acton on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Volunteers are needed to assist with running kids' games, setting up and hiding eggs, and general event support.  If interested, please VISIT your Grade Google Classroom for the contact information.

SUMMER CO-OP
Attention ... Our Summer School Coordinator will be visiting next Thursday (April 2nd) to give a presentation to High school student who are interested in participating in a Summer School Co-op programs. This is a great opportunity to learn more as the application process is different from registering for a regular summer school course.
If you are considering Summer Co-op, you MUST attend this presentation to understand the requirements and next steps. Please see Ms. Schnekenburger if you are interested in attending the presentation.

MUSICALE
Vive La Manie Musicale! The world-wide French music competition is well underway and we’re celebrating with a spirit WEEK of fun! On Monday, all Grade 7 & 8 classes as well as any high school French classes that are participating are welcome to join in on the fun!

Monday - Dress like you’re going to the Beach to represent songs like Jamais Oublier, No Fear and Demain Demain
Tuesday - Add some temporary tattoos or draw eyes on your palms to represent songs like Aussi Simple que Toi and Ton Visage.
Wednesday - Wear a fun hat in honour of Chapeau!
Thursday - Wear a white shirt and jeans for songs like Afro Beaute, Et Si & Peur d’y Croire.

Let’s have some fun as we count down to the big finale on April 8!

MARCH CHESS MADNESS
The finals for the ADS GRAND CHAMPION will be on Monday at 11:25 between our elementary champion, Tanish Chaurdhry and our secondary champion Thomas Orear. Come to the Learning Commons on Monday to watch the exciting match!

ART CONTEST
Do you love to paint or draw? Then enter the Library Learning Commons ART contest in time for EARTH Day. The theme of your art should be YOUR interpretation of the 2026 Earth Day Theme: "Our Power, Our Planet.” Visit the library today for your 11x14 paper AND for more details about the contest. There will be PRIZES!

SOCCER
Varsity Girls and Boys Soccer Practice will Start Next Week on Monday March 27th and Wednesday March 29th. You must have athletic forms filled out and returned to Ms. Warner and Mr. Leblanc if you want to try out. Please see them in the Math Science Office

JUNIOR CHOIR
Junior Choir is on Friday from 11:20-11:40am. There will be an Important Wonderland meeting during this time.
