About Us

Alton Village Public School opened in 2012 to serve families in the growing Alton Village community in Burlington. As part of the Halton District School Board, our school was built as a modern, future focused learning environment that supports innovation, creativity, and student success.

Since opening, Alton Village PS has grown alongside its community. Our programs emphasize STEM learning, the arts, and music, while offering a wide range of sports teams and clubs that help students explore their interests and develop confidence and leadership.

We are deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and celebrating diversity as a strength. Guided by dedicated staff and strong partnerships with families, we work together to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every student feels valued, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential.
